The cold weather is definitely here and there's no better way to stay warm at lunchtime than with a lovely bowl of hot soup. Sending the children to packed lunches at school during the colder months has been a lot easier with the use of this Thermos Flask which comes complete with a full sized folding spoon that fits neatly into the lid. It keeps food such as soups, stew and pasta with sauce warm for an impressive 9 hours! The lid doubles up as a nice serving bowl for children. This flask is a good size for your childs lunchbag and remains cool to the touch so you know it's safe for your child to handle and wont make other food items in the lunchbag warm. Perfect.
Autumn time is cosy jumper time and we are in love with this delightful drop shoulder jumper from Next with it's colourful threaded and sequenced rainbow - it's sure to turn a dull day into a bright one. Team with your favourite skinny jeans or leggings and trainers for a leaf kicking afternoon at the park with the little ones. Rainbows aren't just cute on the kids, so get your rainbow on Mums!
It's not Autumn until we've had a good dose of gingerbread latte! These little sachets of latte from Nescafé are truly delicious. They are a mild frothy coffee with a hint of sweet gingerbread flavour. We love them because they are a quick and easy way to have a little bit of luxury at home or the office. We love to serve ours with little gingerbread men sprinkles and a gingerbread biscuit. The warm earthy tones are heavenly. Welcome Autumn!
With Autumn, comes dry skin from being outdoors in the fresh breezy air and then being indoors with the central heating on. The dryness makes our skin look and feel dull and tired. But there is help, by way of PIXI Rose Flash Balm. While not a fan of rose scented face products, this product is delicately fragranced and is safe to use on sensitive skin.
We've been using it under our usual moisturiser and we've definitely noticed an improvement in radiance. Skin feels moisturised without that greasy feeling balms can leave you with. It can also be used a primer for under makeup and as a face mask - which we haven't tried yet, but we intend to.
Honestly, this is the pefect pick me up for your skin during the colder months. It has very quickly found it's way into our daily skin routine. Yay for PIXI.
Well, what can we say about these very talented local girls from The Crafty Cherry? They have definitely caught our eye with their stunning selection of personalised homewares and gifts. There really is something for everyone in their collection.
This October we have fallen in love with their freestanding White Halloween Pumpkin which would look absolutely stunning in any hallway to greet the trick or treaters. Commercialised Halloween decorations are quite often something that we use once and dispose of. We love the fact that this piece would become part of your annual traditional Halloween decor.
The deadline however for their Halloween items has passed, but fear not - they have some equally amazing Christmas items. We do have their personalised Gingerbread Kinder Egg holders which are adorable! They compliment our Christmas decorations perfectly and are ideal for giving as gifts aswell as their packaging is beautiful. You'll also find some delightful engagement gifts, as well as gifts for new borns and pretty bedroom decor.
