I’m just going to start off today by giving a brief introduction to MyClubStuff, what we do, how we help, who we help and why.
Firstly, we are a family run, print, embroidery and business branding merchandise company. But we differ to others because in addition to the traditional method of bulk ordering, we also offer a Print On Demand platform.
So with the Print On Demand, as you can create and print one item at a time, we offer a platform for charities, PTA’s, sports clubs, dance schools and similar groups, to be able to sell their own merchandise, without any risk or stress.
We provide the e-commerce website, we process the orders as they arrive and then we can send the finished item, directly to the buyer on the clubs behalf. This means that clubs can offer their merchandise for sale to their members and supporters, leaving us to handle everything behind the scenes, all without anybody having to knock on doors for any fundraising.
It also means that the same loyal supporters, can order from their favourite cause and help with the fundraising all year round. It is a safe and hassle-free revenue source for any organisation.
The inspiration for MyClubStuff came from our own involvement with our son’s rugby club. As a mum I was constantly frustrated at not being able to get a spare jersey during the course of the year. Tony, Mr MyClubStuff, was one of the team coaches and the annual bulk order for the kit, was always another hassle and bother.
So MyClubStuff was born! We are passionate about helping the amateur teams, clubs and groups that are being run, mostly, by dedicated volunteers, always in need of a helping hand and a bit of extra cash for the club.

But today, we started our T-shirt Tuesday with this little lovely, in honour of our day here with Mums NI.

If you are thinking that your PTA or children’s sports club might benefit from its own merchandise store, but you are concerned it might be complicated to set up – well don’t be. You can leave it all up to us, as we have a full set up service too. All you have to do is choose your products, give us your crest or logo and then leave the rest up to us.
There are a few different packages available depending on what you think you might need and all you have to do is choose! You can also try it on a 30 Day FREE TRIAL. We’ll set it all up, you sell your merchandise for 30 Days, but if you decide that it’s not for you, you can just cancel it at any time.
If you are wondering what type of products that you might be able to sell in your online store, then these are extremely diverse too.

Whilst the club shops are all online, it is still useful for a lot of clubs and PTA's to have samples of their shop range to use for sizing etc.
Any shop owner can order a full sample range of their own merchandise for their own use at a full 50% discount. It is a great idea for registration evenings, to have in the school, to keep for sizing, colours etc.
