New classes coming to Bangor and Newtownabbey in January 2020
✨Relaxing and welcoming class that includes both you and your little one
✨Yoga to gently tone and strengthen your body after the changes of pregnancy and birth, specifically targeting the Back, Abdominals and Pelvic Floor
✨You will also learn breathing and relaxation techniques that will help you increase your energy levels and relax with baby (yes it is possible!!)
✨Take time out to play, bond and connect with baby
✨Lots of amazing benefits for baby too such as helping to ease wind and digestion issues, strengthens and stretches their little bodies, helps with many areas of their development and usually ends with baby ready for a nap!!
✨Great way to get out of the house and meet other new local mums
✨We finish every class with cake, coffee and a chat
Suitable after 6 weeks postpartum or 8-10 weeks following a caesarian section. Blocks of 6 classes.

Buggy Club NI is a scheme that's been running for over 5 years for parents/ guardians with young children age 8 weeks to 3 years old who are keen to get active. Our aim is to help you get fit & have fun! No need to find a child minder to squeeze in some exercise, you just bring the little one (s) along in the buggy. It's all at your own pace so you can build up slowly and no need for a running buggy as the track or paths we use are flat. The sessions are lead by Athletics NI qualified coaches and based at Mary Peters Track, Belfast and Havelock Park, Banbridge. Buggy Club NI was set up by mum of 2 Heather who has over 20 years experience coaching all types of athletics and gymnastics.
