    What makes us different?

    At Little Ducklings Baby Massage our unique treatments and classes are perfect for mums-to-be, new mums and dads. These wonderful, nourishing and pampering treatments, classes, workshops and courses benefit both mum and baby, promoting deep relaxation, health and wellbeing. Being a new mum myself I understand that having a baby isn't like those perfectly-put-together bloggers and Instagram mums would have us all believe! We know that having a baby is the messiest, most hectic, most difficult, yet most rewarding, magical, amazing thing that anyone can do.
    That's why we're passionate about creating courses that you and your child can enjoy in a warm, relaxed and friendly enviroment and our treatments are extra scrumptious and nourishing.

    We offer continuity of care from 14 weeks in pregnancy all the way through until your baby's second birthday. You can join us for the whole journey or dip in and out as you need us.
    Daisy Birthing offers a unique blend of pregnancy yoga style movement, evidence based antenatal education and relaxation. In our Mum-to-be only classes, you will enjoy movement, relaxation and building a toolkit of techniques including breathing & self hypnosis.
    We also offer Active Birth Workshops for Mum to enjoy with her birth partner. These offer a wonderful complement to the Daisy Birthing classes, or can work well as a stand-alone birth preparation course.
    Alongside our Daisy Baby classes (Tinies Baby Massage, Wrigglers and Cruisers Baby Yoga), we offer Daisy Mama - a unique postnatal mindfulness and movement class.

    We all lead busy lives I can show you how you can create healthy meals from scratch all within a budget. Meals you can have put and about, so you maintain your goals and not miss out on essential nutrition.

    I can show you the types of exercise for your body type to give you a lean body, with strong muscles, low body fat, high nutrition and energy all from the comfort of your own home. Using various types of exercise to work the whole body while burning fat and maintaining your weight.

    I also practice mindfulness and will be offering other services soon to help promote body confidence, help overcome eating disorders, look after your mental health as well as your physical health.

My nutritional plans are packed with mood foods that are going to give you energy, improve your mood, rebalance your hormones and turn your body into a fat burning machine. Using weights, cardio, kettlebells and the best exercises to tone and build lean muscle.

    I am also going to be offering mindfulness courses and life coaching soon as well as a few other classes.

    I run 6 week courses for mums, which includes pregnancy yoga and a session with an Aquanatal tutor in a heated pool. We also show you how to use the birth balls. We aim to give mums as much knowledge about their pregnancy and also about birth options and choices. The classes focus on relaxation techniques, breathing strategies, and building strength.

    "I attended Kelly's Pregnancy Yoga classes for two terms while expecting my 2nd daughter. For me, labour could best be described as a marathon you have done little to no training for!! so I wanted to attend Pregnancy Yoga to feel as fit, strong and ready for the marathon to come as I possibly could. I was a total newbie to any form of Yoga but Kelly was a wonderful, very patient and supportive teacher. Some of my favourite weeks were showing us how a birthing ball could best be utilised both before and during labour and of course, yogic breathing techniques. I used many of these techniques during labour with my daughter and can't thank Kelly enough for the knowledge she armed me with."

    The course costs £45 and runs every Tuesday from 7.30-9 pm.

    My studio is at my home, it's heated and very comfortable. I have all the props needed too. There is free on-site parking. I'm in Upper Ballinderry, which is 7 miles from Lisburn, 6 miles from Moira and just a few miles from Glenavy and Crumlin.

    5 years ago I discovered Piloxing and I fell in love with exercise for the first time in my life!
    Piloxing is a fusion class combing pilates principles, boxing and dance.
    It's high intensity and high fun.
    Classes last 60 minutes and are open to women and men.
