  • What is TRIPLE TWENTY – TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING ??

    Triple 20 Total Body Conditioning is a high intensity 3 Part training session comprising

    Part 1 Box Fit Part
    Part 2.Body Weight/ Weights or Resistance Bands and Cardio
    Part 3 Abs and Core

    The session is designed to give a fun all over full body workout, using Boxing Drills (not a boxing class, so no need to know how to box!) to relieve stress, as you punch away your daily frustrations and burn calories, Bodyweight and weight or band exercise to strengthen and shape the body while burning calories, cardio to get fit and burn calories and Ab and core work to shape stomach and strengthen the core. Every session is different to keep it fun and interesting and suits all Levels - Male and female alike. Gloves and pads provided but you can bring your own if you prefer. Come along and give it a go!   • Pleaseee, I beg you!! GET MOTIVATED IN 2020!! Put the excuses aside and make the changes!

    I talk to too many people that ‘want to be healthier’ & ‘want to lose weight’ & it’s not that they can’t!! Anyone can do this!!! They just sell themselves short and count themselves out too quickly!!

    👉 Commit to yourself longer than that first week of workouts!
    👉 Commit to yourself longer than that meal prep you did last week.
    👉 Commit to yourself longer than the first time you see a machine you don’t know what to do on - you suddenly become terrified of the gym and working out and throw in the towel instantly because everyone is watching you!

    I PROMISE no one is paying attention to what you’re doing at the gym! They are there bettering themselves!!!

    Make 2020 your year and commit to something for yourself! No successful weight loss journey or story happens with a few weeks of effort! Get your mind right, commit to yourself, and just know you seriously have nothing to lose!! But a whole lot to gain!

  • You only get results from a good diet and regular (3 to 4 times per week) and consistent exercise eg if you wish to lose between 2 to 5 stone it could take you anything from 3 Months to a year no matter if you use gym or PT. But it’s easier to fall off the ‘training wagon’ by going to a gym as no one is really pushing you, but ultimately YOU need to be committed, it isn’t enough just to want it you have to ENDURE the hard times and it can be quite lonely and can get you down and that’s when you need to dig deep and remember why you are doing it, and that’s where the PT’s come into their own they know you that can keep you motivated and remember all you need is some space you don’t need a gym for weight loss only if you want to build big muscles. Most body transformations can be done with body weight, light weights or exercise bands and cardio at home garage or outside

    You start off with great intentions then buckle after a few weeks and devour the contents of the fridge/cupboards in a weekend.

    5lb off in 14 days and 14lb back on in 5 days ... sound about right???

  • Mince pies, mulled wine, Christmas jumpers and putting your feet up next to a roaring fire (with a couple more mince pies obviously). The festive season is a wonderful time.

    But the run up to Christmas is an indulgent time of year and can be a tad awkward to navigate social obligations, if you enjoy training and want to stay in shape.

    Lots of opportunities to eat high calorie (and very delicious) food, while motivation and time to train can seem few and far between, with the dark mornings and late nights.

    Soooooo…… do you just accept that and maybe scrape by with the odd exercise session?
