    On Saturday 29th June, I attended the WHITE Circle 'Female Pelvic Floor and Core Workshop'.

    This was a great workshop on an area that people neglect to work on and it's known as a taboo subject to talk about. These ladies are trying to rectify this by promoting the topic and providing research around postnatal activity.

    Two of the presenters were Female Health Physios and one was a Fitness Professional, who are all trying to 'provide education to empower women at all stages of their life to
    safeguard their pelvic health and well-being'.

  • Following the continued success of both my Bootcamps, I am now accepting bookings for the next one starting on Saturday 8th June for 4 weeks. 10-11am in Belmont Park

    My Bootcamps are designed to help lose body fat, tone up, improve fitness and confidence whilst having fun and making new friends.

    Members will train with the same group of people for 4 weeks, coached by me, using a variety of training techniques and equipment, your workouts will be kept fresh every session.
