    Repeating the same exercises in the same way for too long could lead to inactive muscle groups. This will hinder your overall strength and power.

    At Belmont Bootcamp, sessions vary every week, so as not to become repetitive. Not knowing what routine is coming next, is more productive in terms of achieving a first class workout. Any person considering coming to Belmont Bootcamp, is sure to find benefits no matter what their fitness level.

  • Looking forward to seeing you all on Tuesday AND Thursday for the 1st official week of the summer holidays. All fitness levels welcome, both men and women. Over 16s only! Tuesdays Triple 20 - 6:30pm (must be booked in advance £16 for 4 sessions) & Thursdays 7-8pm £3.50. Both classes are in Wandsworth Community Centre

  • Following the continued success of both my Bootcamps, I am now accepting bookings for the next one starting on Saturday 8th June for 4 weeks. 10-11am in Belmont Park

    My Bootcamps are designed to help lose body fat, tone up, improve fitness and confidence whilst having fun and making new friends.

    Members will train with the same group of people for 4 weeks, coached by me, using a variety of training techniques and equipment, your workouts will be kept fresh every session.
