I'm running this 4 hour workshop especially for parents to be on Sunday11th August. It takes place at Maitri Studio in Belfast. The workshop is designed to prepare you and your birth partner for birth, and is suitable for all stages of pregnancy, in particular the third trimester. You can be a first time parent or on your 5th baby!
The outline of the workshop is below
Introductions
Your amazing body and how it knows how to give birth
How to use the ball during pregnancy and birth
How to support your partner during birth
Birth Choices, writing up your birth plan
Birth tool kit, what to bring with you and why
Interventions, risks and benefits so you can make informed choices
We will have a break for tea and a snack too (included in the price)
Please bring a ball with you to this workshop, I can bring a pump along if you need it inflated.

Each crystal takes millions of years to grow and form, you will learn about how this happens and how the colour, shape and structure of the stone affects its healing properties. You will learn how to care for and choose your own crystals and how to use them to restore balance and harmony.

Led by Bollywood Dancers and special early years facilitators, children and their parents can come and experience the vibrant sounds and colours of India as our festival big top is transformed Bollywood style! Enjoy dancing with a DJ and sensory activities that are guaranteed to have everyone wiggling their fingers and bouncing in their babygros.
The Bollywood Baba experience will last 60 minutes and includes:
