Mince pies, mulled wine, Christmas jumpers and putting your feet up next to a roaring fire (with a couple more mince pies obviously). The festive season is a wonderful time.
But the run up to Christmas is an indulgent time of year and can be a tad awkward to navigate social obligations, if you enjoy training and want to stay in shape.
Lots of opportunities to eat high calorie (and very delicious) food, while motivation and time to train can seem few and far between, with the dark mornings and late nights.
Soooooo…… do you just accept that and maybe scrape by with the odd exercise session?
