  • You only get results from a good diet and regular (3 to 4 times per week) and consistent exercise eg if you wish to lose between 2 to 5 stone it could take you anything from 3 Months to a year no matter if you use gym or PT. But it’s easier to fall off the ‘training wagon’ by going to a gym as no one is really pushing you, but ultimately YOU need to be committed, it isn’t enough just to want it you have to ENDURE the hard times and it can be quite lonely and can get you down and that’s when you need to dig deep and remember why you are doing it, and that’s where the PT’s come into their own they know you that can keep you motivated and remember all you need is some space you don’t need a gym for weight loss only if you want to build big muscles. Most body transformations can be done with body weight, light weights or exercise bands and cardio at home garage or outside
