Pleaseee, I beg you!! GET MOTIVATED IN 2020!! Put the excuses aside and make the changes!
I talk to too many people that ‘want to be healthier’ & ‘want to lose weight’ & it’s not that they can’t!! Anyone can do this!!! They just sell themselves short and count themselves out too quickly!!
👉 Commit to yourself longer than that first week of workouts!
👉 Commit to yourself longer than that meal prep you did last week.
👉 Commit to yourself longer than the first time you see a machine you don’t know what to do on - you suddenly become terrified of the gym and working out and throw in the towel instantly because everyone is watching you!
I PROMISE no one is paying attention to what you’re doing at the gym! They are there bettering themselves!!!
Make 2020 your year and commit to something for yourself! No successful weight loss journey or story happens with a few weeks of effort! Get your mind right, commit to yourself, and just know you seriously have nothing to lose!! But a whole lot to gain!
