We offer continuity of care from 14 weeks in pregnancy all the way through until your baby's second birthday. You can join us for the whole journey or dip in and out as you need us.
Daisy Birthing offers a unique blend of pregnancy yoga style movement, evidence based antenatal education and relaxation. In our Mum-to-be only classes, you will enjoy movement, relaxation and building a toolkit of techniques including breathing & self hypnosis.
We also offer Active Birth Workshops for Mum to enjoy with her birth partner. These offer a wonderful complement to the Daisy Birthing classes, or can work well as a stand-alone birth preparation course.
Alongside our Daisy Baby classes (Tinies Baby Massage, Wrigglers and Cruisers Baby Yoga), we offer Daisy Mama - a unique postnatal mindfulness and movement class.
