Bring your children along to this Family Relaxation Class where the focus is all about calmness, wellness and relaxation.
You and your children will get a chance to completely unwind and relax in the lovely Coleraine West Community Centre. There will be candle light (battery powered), relaxation music and cosy blankets. Places are limited so please book early. For children aged 4-11. Only £10 for one adult and one child (£3 for each extra child).
