🌟 CALLING ALL EXPECTANT/NEW PARENTS!! 🌟
Myself and Emma Fraser from Belfast Baby Company are delighted to announce our upcoming collaboration event! :D This workshop will be facilitated by both The Mind Tribe UK & Belfast Baby Co. and will explore birthing choices/options and information for expectant mothers, as well as mindfulness, relaxation & well-being advice and activities for expectant and new parents. There will also be a variety of stall holders available on the day to discuss their services, information and additional advice/tips. This event will have the following structure: 1 hour: Birth Choices/Options Information Session 1 hour: Tea, Treats, Chat & Information Stalls 1 hour: Mindfulness & Well-Being Workshop Saturday 27th July 2019 | 1.30-4.30pm @ Oxford Island Discovery Centre, Lurgan £15 Investment | Tea, Coffee & Biscuits Included Come & Join our Mummy Mind Tribe!
