Make time to rest. This is not self-indulgence but a powerful and necessary practice of self-compassion. Throughout this retreat day we will connect with each other in sitting, walking, moving and eating meditation. We will be nourished by deep relaxation practice. There will be opportunities to share difficulties and insights and to simply absorb the beauty, strength and stability of the mountains.
Each practice will be an invitation to take care of our bodies and minds by listening deeply to ourselves.
