This 7 week course is perfect for mums over 14 weeks, and includes 6 yoga sessions and 1 Aquanatal session in the pool. Every week we learn techniques to help you relax in pregnancy, and breathing strategies for birth. Also we focus on strength and flexibility with the pregnancy safe postures we practice. Kelly is an advanced pregnancy yoga teacher, who has trained with YTTC Ireland, Birthlight and The Elbow Room Dublin. Gill is also a Birthlight trainer and trains others to teach Aquanatal yoga worldwide, as well as running regular class in Lisburn. We also include a class on how to use the birth balls.
