5 week Baby Yoga Class commencing Tuesday 8th October 2019.
The class will run from 10am - 11am in Castlereagh Hills Golf Club. Lots of onsite parking. Babies are welcome to wear Halloween dress, for our Halloween special on Tuesday 29th October 2019. Baby Massage can:- -Improve infant sleep, -Promote relaxation -Offer relief from colic, teething, constipation, wind and nasal congestion -Strengthen the bond between parent and child -Produce oxytocin (feel good hormone in parent and child) Suitable from birth Adult refreshments included. However, if you would like to extend your morning activity Sinnamon Bistro offer a great lunch / breakfast offer for Settled Petals Parents (just upstairs, accessible by lift).
