The banshee, or bean sí, in Irish mythology is a female spirit normally known as a harbinger of death – but did you know she’s also a keen cyclist?
Be prepared for an audio/visual assault on the senses and a bike ride like no other as the wheelin’ banshees descend on Derry to help usher in Halloween. So find your inner banshee and get your best wail on.
Please note this a BYOB (Bring Your Own Banshee) event though some lights will be available to put on bikes. Fancy dress and spooky bike decorations are welcome!
Places on the ride are limited and free tickets must be booked in advance.
