4 week Baby Yoga Class commencing Tuesday 26th November 2019.
The class will run from 11am - 12noon in Castlereagh Hills Golf Club. Lots of onsite parking. Babies are welcome to wear Christmas fancy dress, for our Christmas special on Tuesday 17th December 2019. Baby Yoga can:- Improve infant sleep, Promote development of core skills, Strengthen bond between parent and child, Increase core strength, Promote diagonal co-ordination and Reminds parents to breath supporting them to meet the demands of parenthood in a calmer, more relaxed way. Suitable from 8 weeks Adult refreshments included. However, if you would like to extend your morning activity Sinnamon Bistro offer a great lunch / breakfast offer for Settled Petals Parents (just upstairs, accessible by lift).
