Triple 20 Total Body Conditioning is a high intensity 3 Part training session comprising
Part 1 Box Fit
Part 2.Body Weight/ Weights or Resistance Bands and Cardio
Part 3 Abs and Core
The session is designed to give a fun all over full body workout, using Boxing Drills (not a boxing class, so no need to know how to box!) to relieve stress, as you punch away your daily frustrations and burn calories, Bodyweight and weight or band exercise to strengthen and shape the body while burning calories, cardio to get fit and burn calories and Ab and core work to shape stomach and strengthen the core.
Every session is different to keep it fun and interesting and suits all Levels - Male and female alike. Gloves and pads provided but you can bring your own if you wish. Come along and give it a go!
