Daisy Birthing is a 6 week course that brings all the best & beneficial bits of:

🌟 Antenatal Education
🌟Breath Awareness

In one empowering class.

Weekly Daisy Birthing classes can help with:

👉Relieving pregnancy aches & pains.
👉Aiding digestion.
👉Improving sleep patterns.
👉Reduce anxiety / stress.

But more importantly they will help you understand how your body will work in labour and give you confidence and empowerment needed for a positive birth.

Each week you will enjoy:

💜 Flowing Pregnancy Yoga Movements.
💜 Easy to understand Antenatal Education.
💜 Breathing Techniques.
💜 Guided Visualisations
💜 Making new mum friends.

Our classes are small and relaxed with never more than 9 mums at a time, which allows you the opportunity to get to know everyone on the course.

Classes are on a Thursday night at Blissfully Calm in Seahill, Holywood at 7.45pm - Booking essential.
