  • Ingredients

    • 50g porridge oats
    • 300mls full fat milk
    • 1 banana sliced thinly
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Method

    1. add porridge oats and milk to the pan
    2. bring to the boil and add in the banana slices and cinnamon
    3. simmer until banana is softened
    4. serve with a drizzle of honey
