Line a square baking tray with baking paper.
Place all the ingredients into a large pan and melt over a low heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Bring mixture to the boil and then simmer for 15 minutes, stirring continuously and scraping down the sides of the pan.
Remove mixture from the heat and allow it to cool for 5 minutes.
Beat the mixture until it becomes very thick. This will take about 10 - 12 minutes and will start to look like fudge.
Press the fudge mixture into the baking tray and allow it to cool a few minutes before decorating.
Using a knife, mark out the cut lines. We made ours squares and got 25 chunks.
Now place a character topper on top of each square and press them in slightly. If you haven't got enough for all your squares you can use other decoration such as chocolate curls, hundreds and thousands, shaped sprinkles etc.
Once the fudge has cooled, cut into squares and enjoy!
