Pre-heat oven to 175C
Line a square baking dish with baking paper
Add butter and chocolate chips to a microwaveable bowl and heat in 30 second blasts in the microwave until fully melted.
Now add in the cocoa powder and sugars, stir until well mixed.
Add eggs one at a time and make sure they are well combined before adding the next one.
Stir in the vanilla.
Now add the salt and flour to the batter and mix thoroughly until well combined.
Place 15 Oreos into a bag and bash them making large chunks, not crumbs.
Add the Oreo chunks and chocolate chips to the batter and give them a mix.
Pour the mix into the baking dish.
Break the remaining Oreos and press them into the batter along with any crumbs you may have.
Bake in the oven for 40 - 45 minutes.
Once baked, leave dish to cool on a wire rack.
To serve, cut into chunks and enjoy with some cold milk. Yum!
